3.Purification column / Ultrapure column
Double column design, large volume of resin filling, long service life;
Purification column adopts high quality precision resin, high exchange efficiency and stable water quality.
Ultrapure column adopts nuclear grade polishing resin, higher exchange efficiency, preparation of 18.2 M Ω. cm ultrapure water.
4.High power single/double wave UV lamp
Single wave UV lamp (254 nm), it can kill bacteria and other microorganisms, improving the water quality while preventing microbes breeding.
Double wave UV lamp (185 nm and 254 nm), kills bacteria and other microorganisms while effectively degrading organic matter and reducing the TOC content.
Equipped with three sets of conductivity sensors, containing one set of special conductivity sensor (with temperature compensation function and the electrode constant is 0.01) for pure water system, comprehensive monitoring the operation of the pure water system and water quality change.
6.Built-in pressure tank
Reduce the laboratory space usage while improving the system efficiency of water purification system.
0.22 um membrane filter, remove remaining trace impurities in source water and removal process, further improve water quality.
It has leakage detection sensor, under emergency situations, it can automatic alarm and adjust the instrument into standby mode.
